Staying at home doesn’t mean bringing your fitness level down!!
Even though we are advised to spend less time outside, we can always do some home workouts to improve our physical health. Here are 3 of the online fitness tutorials that you can do without any equipment for FREE.
1. Popsugar fitness
Being at home, we have been using Popsugar fitness on Youtube a lot. They do a lot of quick and easy workouts that require zero equipment, which is a big plus when you are starting to do more home workouts.
A lot of their videos are between 15 to 30 minutes, great for beginners looking to start their fitness journey.

2. Yoga with AdrieneDoing yoga and meditation can help when you are feeling a bit low from self isolation. We recommend learning yoga and mediation from channels such as Yoga with Adriene
Adriene does a lot of 30 day yoga challenges to help beginners start getting used to yoga and improving their flexibilities.

3. Fitness Blender
Looking for something more intensive? We recommend Fitness Blender. They create a variety of high intensity cardio workouts that would make you covered in sweat and feeling great for the rest of the day
