Although we hope you enjoy everything you have bought from us, if there is anything wrong, you have 14 days to return. We will give you the refund by the same method you used to pay. We ask the items you wish to return to be clean, unworn and have tags on.

When you will receive your money:

After the items have been sent back to us, we will process the refund within 14 working days. (It may take longer during bank holidays)
